A talented young photographer, who enjoys snapping photos of his satirical, perverted Baltimore neighborhood and his wacky family, gets dragged into a world of pretentious artists from New York City and finds newfound fame.

Pecker is one of my favorite movie from year 1998. Most movies, even the greatest ones, evaporate like mist once you've returned to the real world; they leave memories behind, but their reality fades free quickly. Not this one. The term 'Best movie' is as you know a relative term. What you or I consider as the best may not even be in someone else's list. So the general rule is to proclaim the one which majority of people like as the best. To me the following can be regarded as some of the greatest movie ever made. You just have to watch Pecker. The richness of dialogue, which is the power of this image, arouses the respect of the recipient, especially when compared to today's productions, most of them are very poor. Great actors and great story. However, I think that well-chosen actors and an interesting script are not pushed to the background by music, because a good movie consists of many great parts.
