The Clampetts didn't start out as millionaires. They were poor mountaineers at first until they are told that they're rich because oil was discovered in their field by the kind patriarch, Jed Clampett (Buddy Ebsen). When his cousin Pearl (Bea Benadret) finds out, she suggests they move to Beverly Hills, California. Jed takes her advice and packs up his family: his mother-in-law, Daisy May "Granny" Moses (Irene Ryan), the opinionated matriarch of the family who prefers the old-fashioned farming life to newfangled things; beautiful, tomboyish daughter, Elly May (Donna Douglas), who prefers a pair of jeans over a fancy dress and tree-climbing over being wined and dined any day and his nephew, Jethro Bodine (Max Baer, Jr.), who means well , but isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. Jethro always tries to court girls and impress them with his elementary school-education. I wanted to review The Beverly Hillbillies - Season 7, which I consider the best tv show ever. I recommend the tv series to everyone, but I do not know if everyone will like it as much as I do. I was so emotionally destroyed that I ended up watching it three times whole tv show online in the web, almost at once. It's just a magical trip to some of the happiest moments of my childhood. I don't think anything will ever come close to what The Beverly Hillbillies - Season 7 tv series did for me. The director of The Beverly Hillbillies - Season 7 is a very talented man. I liked all of the characters, even the enemies of the main character. Now sit down and watch, 100% sure you will not be disappointed.... Show more
